Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University, Çanakkale Vocational School of Technical Sciences, Food Processing Department faculty member Assoc.Prof.Dr. Muhammed YÜCEER participated in the ‘11^th International Symposium on Food Technology’ and Murcia Food Brokerage Event events in Murcia, Spain, between 11-12 May 2023.

Dr. Yüceer presented an oral presentation titled ‘Sustainability in the HORECA Sector’ and ‘Identifying the Needs of Trainers to Promote Food Safety and Hygiene Among Turkish HoReCa Workers’ and ‘Improvement and Enzymatic Hydrolysis of the Physicochemical and Techno-functional Characteristics of Egg Albumen with Microbial Transglutaminase’.
