Dr. Yüceer presented an oral presentation titled ‘Sustainability in the HORECA Sector’ and ‘Identifying the Needs of Trainers to Promote Food Safety and Hygiene Among Turkish HoReCa Workers’ and ‘Improvement and Enzymatic Hydrolysis of the Physicochemical and Techno-functional Characteristics of Egg Albumen with Microbial Transglutaminase’.
