About the Program

RIS Inspire – Sustainable Food Production and Consumption: new Deep Tech approaches, Methods and Tools

The main learning objective of the program is to give participants an insight into the most important challenges in increasing the sustainability of the food system and accessing healthier nutrition through a digital innovation approach. The taught contents will be applied through a project-based learning approach focusing on different food system topics: Alternative Proteins, Sustainable Agriculture, Targeted Nutrition and Digital Traceability.
